Abbotsford, British Columbia
A freight company that answers the phone.
Klutch Logistics moves freight for businesses that would rather spend their day on their own work than on chasing a truck. We are based in the Fraser Valley and we work the whole country from here.
Where we work from.
Abbotsford sits in the Fraser Valley, an hour east of Vancouver and a few minutes north of the Huntingdon and Pacific Highway border crossings. It is farm country that also happens to be a freight corridor: produce and greenhouse product moving out, building materials and consumer goods moving in, and the whole western trucking network running through on Highway 1.
That location shapes how we work. We are close enough to the shippers we serve to know their docks, and close enough to the border that cross-border freight is routine rather than an exception. From here the western corridor into Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is a day-to-day run, and Ontario, Quebec and the U.S. are lanes we book regularly.

What we hold ourselves to.
None of this is unusual. It is simply what a freight company should do, written down so you can hold us to it.
- Communication
- You get a person, not a queue. The same coordinator handles your lanes, so you are not re-explaining a standing shipment every time you call.
- Accountability
- Weather closes a pass, a shipper runs long, a truck breaks down. None of that is avoidable. Hearing about it late, from your own customer, is.
- Competitive options
- Where there is a genuine choice between a cheaper option and a faster one, you get both numbers and make the call yourself.
- Carrier relationships
- Operating authority, insurance certificates and safety records are verified before a carrier moves anything, and re-checked as coverage lapses.
- Hands-on service
- We confirm the truck is loaded, check in while it runs, and close the loop on delivery, so tracking a shipment is not added to your team's day.
- Modern technology
- Tracking links, digital paperwork and rate history come to you by email or phone. Adopting our software is not a condition of shipping with us.
Questions, answered.
If your question is not here, call dispatch and ask. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
