About these terms
These terms apply to your use of https://klutchlogistics.ca, operated by Klutch Logistics Inc.. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These are terms for using the website. They are not the terms on which we move freight. Transportation is arranged separately, and the terms that govern a shipment are the ones agreed for that shipment.
Quotes and shipments
Nothing on this site is an offer to carry goods, and submitting the quote form does not create a contract. A quote request is a request. Freight moves once we have confirmed the details with you and agreed the arrangement.
Rates we quote are based on the information you give us. If the freight turns out to differ from what was described, in weight, dimensions, commodity, or how it is loaded, the rate and the equipment may need to change.
Transit times we discuss are estimates. Weather, road closures, border processing and mechanical failure all affect them and none of them are within our control.
Using this site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overload it
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site without our written permission
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages
Accuracy of information
We keep the information on this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and it may change without notice.
Descriptions of services on this site are general. What we can actually do for a given shipment depends on the shipment.

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and the Klutch Logistics name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically reproduce any part of the site without our written permission.

Where we link to another company's website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This clause is about the website. Liability for freight in our care is dealt with under the arrangements that apply to that shipment and the applicable transportation legislation, not here.
